For a hearing aid center, you are a customer. For us, you are a patient. A patient requires different care compared to a customer. In medical model, you receive more comprehensive and long term care by Audiologist. Hearing aid is not just a one time buy product; it requires long term guidance and support. The choice of audiologist is THE MOST IMPORTANT factor because we are the ones who can help you get the maximum productivity & longevity out of your device. 

Are the instruments used for hearing test in both models are same? Yes. Does that mean the test is the same? NO, NO & NO. 

Not everyone can drive a car the same way & not everyone conducts the test the same way. Because patients can see the same audiologist during each visit, they receive continuity of care; patients who go to a retailer, on the other hand, may be helped by an audiologist one time and a hearing instrument specialist the next. There is usually no personalized care.
